Some of you may recall a sermon a few months back that included the question, "what is our church famous for...?" At the time, I recall hearing responses like music, small groups, and seth :o). Now, thanks to some Crossingites willing to get their hands dirty, we're famous for something outside the walls of our church. Check it out here

July is a busy month for Year of Mission (YOM) trips. Please keep groups in your prayers throughout the month. Please pray for safe travels and servant hearts as people prepare to leave and for those returning home. Below is a list of trips for July: July 4-6 Urban Plunge-Omaha

There are a lot of features common to the last site – engage, sermon/lesson page, calendar, etc. But, we’ve rearranged things a bit to reflect the ministry teams and functions we (at the crossing) are used to. There has been some confusion about the detour on 26th street. Hopefully this map clears some things up. Please note also that Good News is asking us not to park along the south side of the building during this time. They have set-up NO PARKING signs in that area and we would like to respect their request.

The Share Team has been working, for some months, on a project that will involve the entire church (The Crossing) in Mission this year. We're calling it Year of Mission (YOM). Our hope is to involve every Life Group in a Mission event/trip this coming June and July. We are currently working on 8-10 mission destinations ranging in distance and intensity. Some examples are Haiti, Guatemala, Jamaica, Los Angeles, and Sioux Falls. There are more in the works, so stay tuned. For now, it's important for you to start wrestling through a few questions like... |
